Kretclub Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment All Kretclub products are custom-printed and fulfilled on demand to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it is handed over to our courier partners.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates We proudly offer Pan-India shipping. Our shipping charges are calculated directly at checkout based on your total order value:

• Orders ₹499 and above: FREE Standard Delivery

• Orders under ₹499: Flat ₹199 Standard Delivery Fee

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location and pin code serviceability.

International Shipping At this time, Kretclub only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

Cash on Delivery (COD) (If you are offering COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and hand over the payment to the courier executive.

Undelivered Packages / RTO If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to us. If you need a returned order to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
